Modern Modular Labor Accommodation for 500+ Personnel

Century Gulf was engaged to design and build a fully self-contained labor camp to house over 500 workers, with the goal of maximizing comfort, hygiene, and operational efficiency. We provided turnkey solutions, from modular unit fabrication to final commissioning, ensuring rapid deployment and strict adherence to health & safety regulations.

Each accommodation block features climate-controlled sleeping quarters, communal dining halls, dedicated recreation areas, medical clinics, and robust water-treatment and waste management systems. Our in-house MEP engineers optimized HVAC and electrical installations for the harsh desert environment, while our logistics team coordinated site deliveries under tight timeframes.

By leveraging prefabricated modules and lean construction techniques, we delivered the entire facility in under six months—half the industry standard—without compromising on quality or worker wellbeing.
