Waterfront Cityscape with Residential, Commercial & Leisure
Century Gulf City is a landmark 50-hectare development on the banks of Ebrié Lagoon, featuring two 30-story residential towers, a boutique five-star hotel, and a 200-berth marina. We master-planned promenades, waterfront parks, and retail pavilions to create a vibrant city-within-a-city.
Our multidisciplinary team integrated flood-resilient podiums, energy-efficient façades, and a centralized district cooling plant. Public boardwalks and floating cafés invite both residents and visitors, while elevated sky gardens offer panoramic lagoon views.
Executed in three phases to maintain continuous operations of the adjacent port, the project leverages pre-cast concrete modules and local workforce training programs. From feasibility studies through to turnkey handover, Century Gulf delivered on time and under budget, establishing a new urban landmark for West Africa.

Key Challenges & Solutions
Building on reclaimed lagoon land required innovative foundation techniques and environmental safeguards.

- Used driven piles and geotextile membranes to stabilize reclaimed land.
- Installed modular podium decks to protect against seasonal flooding.
- Coordinated around live port operations via phased site logistics.
