Eco-Friendly Hillside Villas with Solar & Rainwater Harvesting
Perched on a gentle slope, this collection of twelve bespoke villas blends contemporary design with traditional stonework. Each villa features passive cooling, rooftop photovoltaics and a private plunge pool.
Built using locally-sourced limestone and timber, the development minimizes earthworks and maximizes natural ventilation. Landscaped terraces, communal olive groves and integrated rainwater cisterns reinforce our sustainability goals.
Delivered in under 14 months, we handled full MEP, smart-home integration and bespoke interior finishes, achieving LEED-inspired performance in a remote desert setting.

Key Challenges & Solutions
Site grading on steep terrain while preserving native vegetation:
- Terraced slab foundations reduced soil displacement.
- Integrated cisterns captured 90% of annual runoff.
- Off-grid solar micro-grid cut peak load by 70%.
- Remote-monitoring sensors optimized irrigation schedules.
